Pumpkin patch

Dear Aidan,

This post will be photo-heavy.

I've been looking forward to this day for a week now. Now that you are older and can walk around pretty well we get to take you to places like a pumpkin patch. This excites me because I love doing stuff like this.

All strapped in a ready to go!

Daddy looks pretty excited too. Mind you, it could be because he got his iPhone 4 yesterday!

Driving in to Southbrook Pumpkin Patch. It was already packed and we went around 11:00am?

It was a gorgeous day and the foliage was beautiful.

Daddy and you posing in front of the barn. That's where they sell their famous pies!

Mommy and you posing in front of the hay bales.

Once we went to the back of the barn there were tons of kid-friendly things to do. They had lots of photo-op areas. Here you are as a pumpkin fireman. Keke.

I told daddy to take a photo of you and I and look at the terrible shot. The port-a-potty is the focal point in the photo. Amateur!

Aidan, are you trying to tell us something?

You were loving the freedom to walk everywhere. You were also so excited to see so many kids around you. You stopped several times to stare at people.

Aidan as Bert. Love you unibrow.

Bob the Builder~ Can we fix it? Bob the Builder~ Yes, we can!

You loved touching everything.

We went through the corn maze to an open area near the forest. We had to carry you because you kept wanting to stop.

Mommy and Aidan in front of the school bus.

You didn't seem interested in looking at the camera.

Daddy was annoyed that every kid there was named Aidan. He wanted to change your name to Brayden.

You sitting on top of the hay bale.

Daddy and you by the corn maze.

Your mood changed then. You were much happier than when we first came.

Daddy was trying to get you to stand by yourself by the corns, but you kept wanting to walk away.

I love these shots. Daddy and you are so cute. Aigoo aigoo, my 2 favourite boys.

You are such a cutey pie.

I love how orange the pumpkins look behind you.

Aidan, would you like to pick one?

You look stunned here.

Aidan: Hi mommy!

Looks like you found your pumpkin.

Such a happy little baby.

You were terrified of this scarecrow/zombie. You kept looking at him with a slight frown.

You conked out in the car on the way back home. It was a fun trip, but a tiring one.

Nap time!
