Mommy's been sick since Monday. You've been showing signs of sickness on Wednesday. It's been a HARD week because mommy just felt so horrible. That's why I haven't been posting as much. By the time daddy gets home I just want to crash.
I noticed you were not feeling well when you didn't smile as much. You always smile. I know you are smiling in this picture, but you were really not feeling well. You also have a huge scratch on your forehead. You must've done that while you were sleeping. You have a tendency to claw at your face when you are uncomfortable and I think that's what happened. Ugh.
Here's a cute video of you playing with your toys in your room. Because you're teething you are constantly gnawing at your teeth.
Here's an update- I registered Aidan for Junior Kindergarten for this September. Can you believe it??? My little baby is starting school this year… Where did the time go? It felt like yesterday when Aidan was in my belly… Pretty soon he'll be going off to college and getting married… I don't even want to think about that. Daddy took a day off from work today so that I could go in the morning to Aidan's future school to register him. While I was lining up at the school I noticed all the other parents were wearing really expensive clothes with their Canada Goose jackets and Uggs. I know I was able to go because I'm on maternity leave, but some of these people came with their partners. Don't they work??? They didn't look like they were in a rush to get back to work. Daddy and I are always scrambling to manage with 2 kids. I don't know how these other parents do it? I'm still worried what is going to happen when I go back to work. If Aidan doesn't get in the daycare attached to his school I don't know who is going to pick Aidan up when his school finishes at 3pm. I'm getting stressed just thinking about it…
