One more thing we crossed off our list for baby Kendall's arrival was to convert your old toddler bed back to a crib. It was amazing to see the crib back in its original form because we had forgotten just how small you were. The mattress is at the highest position of the crib and it's crazy to think that baby Kendall will be so small when she is born that she can't crawl out of her crib. You were trying to climb into the crib while mommy and daddy were setting up and we saw just how much you had grown.
The closer we are to Kendall's birth date the more nostalgic I'm becoming. I'm not sure if other moms feel that way, but I'm a little sad that you will no longer be mommy's only baby. Don't get me wrong- I'm beyond elated to meet baby Kendall, but I'm just sad that you will no longer be mommy's only baby. We're also forcing you to grow up a little faster by becoming a big brother. I think you'll do great. I know you will. I love how you kiss mommy's belly out of the blue because Kendall is in there.
