Daddy and I have been wanting to get you new Crocs for a while now. You had a pair that you got from your birthday last year, but you had outgrown them. I loved them because they were so light-weight and so easy to put on. Plus, you really seemed to enjoy wearing them.
This past Sunday we actually stopped by a sports store, but they didn't have any Crocs that were your size- 6/7. Plus, the selections that they had were very slim. I knew that downtown had an actual free-standing store, but it's really out of the way for us to go down there. However, I was around that Crocs store today so I decided to stop by and get you a couple of pairs. I really wanted to get you more, but they were quite expensive- around $40 a pop.
As soon as I got home I pulled out the 2 pairs of Crocs and you literally went gaga for them. You grabbed them out of my hand and tried wearing them. It's going to be great because I'm sure you don't want to wear socks and sneakers on a hot and humid Toronto day.
