Today was our friend's daughter, Cara's 3rd birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. It was your first time there so I was pretty excited to take you. I remember going to Chuck E Cheese when I was a kid and I remember it being a lot of fun. There were so many kids there and it was great seeing them have a blast. Oh, to be a kid again...
Cara's birthday party was after church. Because your nap time usually falls around 11am-1pm we wanted to make sure you slept a little before Cara's party (which was at 1pm). Luckily you were able to take a power nap in the car ride there.
You were conked out! This is you through my passenger mirror.
Your head kept bobbing back and forth. You were so tired...
Here we are at Chuck E Cheese. We got a cup filled with tokens so daddy and I made sure to put you in a few rides.
Your favourite thing was turning the steering wheel and changing gears.
Look what a big boy you are.
This ride was a chair that went up and down in a circular motion.
All belted in.
Up you go...
Aidan, you are just as tall as daddy.
Another car ride.
You were a terrific driver.
This one was a Teletubby ride. It had flashing buttons that made noise when you pressed it.
One more ride with daddy. You were actually licking the steering wheel in this one. Ew!
Now for the birthday party celebrations! Everyone gathered by the eating area and Chuck E Cheese (is that his name?) came out and sang and danced. Kids were going crazy.
