Mommy is sorry that she put you to bed so late. I could tell you were tired around 9pm, but I wanted to watch Top Chef Masters on TV so I tried to keep you awake until that show was over. Then mommy and daddy gave you a bath, vacuumed your nose, changed you, fed you, and put you to bed. You were screaming and crying because you were so tired. Plus, Auntie Sara came over today and she played a lot with you. The good thing is that you went to sleep right away (which is a good thing!), but the bad thing is that you were very angry with me. Will you forgive me?
Tomorrow, Auntie Sara and mommy will probably go to Yorkdale with you in tow. Mommy's been so bored staying home all day that she needs to go out and be around people once in a while. When you are older and have kids in the future you will understand what I'm going through... er, that is, your wife will understand what I'm talking about.
